Drone photos and Aerial Video Pricing Guide  

Drone Photos:

We fly professional drones that capture amazing photos and video and yes, all our pilots are insured and have an FAA Part 107 License.  Time and time again the aerial photos are viewed repeatedly when buyers are looking at a property.  Don’t overlook this amazing piece of media when it comes to your listing.  

Aerial Photos – We have found that most properties benefit from about 5-7 aerial photos.  These photos are also edited through Lightroom and Photoshop and will be spectacular.   

$100.00 for first 5 images. (Includes photo with the property boundary marked if desired) 

$175.00 for 10 images (Includes photo w/ the property boundary marked if desired) 

^{$10.00  for each additional image.} 

 Drone Video:

An aerial video can be amazing and it doesn’t have to be long! We are happy to discuss your vision and do our best to make it a reality, so feel free to call and discuss.  Here are some basic video length and price.  All videos are edited and can include music at no charge.  Voice overs are possible, but our recommendation is to use them sparingly; let the video speak for itself.   

1- 1.5 minute video -   $250

2 -3 minute video –  $300

(Please  understand that it may take several minutes of flying time to get enough footage for 1-3 minutes of video after the editing process)

Drone Photos + Drone Video (Minimum 7 photos) 

5 Photos + 1.5 minute video -   $325 

10 Photos + 2.5-3 min video -$425 

$25.00 Discount when 2 or more primary items are ordered.
